How to find secure installation instructions of your SSL Certificate for NetWin Surge Mail?

Please follow these instructions to install your SSL certificate on NetWin Surge Mail.

1. Once you received your SSL certificate by e-mail, please copy and paste it into a text file (with Notepad or Wordpad) and save the file with the .crt extension. (Include the tags -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- and -----END CERTIFICATE-----).

2. Get your intermediate certificate. Copy and paste the contents into a .crt file by using a text editor software (such as Notepad or Wordpad).

3. In the Web Admin where your CSR was created, copy and paste the contents of the two certificate files to the SSL Certificate(s) field. Your SSL Certificate (step 1) must be first and the intermediate certificate (step 2) must be second with no line of space between the two.

3. Click Save.

4. Restart SurgeMail.
