HOW TO CONTACT THE VALIDATION TEAM

First, log into your MySSL account at myssl.ssl247.co.uk/.es/.it/.nl/.se/.de/etc…
When you get to your MySSL account, click on "My SSL Certificates" and then "Pending".
When done, you will be able to see your pending certificates. Click on the green button "view my certificate".
For Extended Validation/Organisation Validation certificates
When you are on your certificate details page click on 'Contact Vetting'.
When you click on "Contact Vetting" it will take you to the bottom of the page, to the "Vetting Notes" tab.
Write down the message you want.
For Domain Validation certificates
When you are on your certificate details page, click on "Contact sectigo support".
This will take you to the following page: https://sectigo.com/support-ticket
You will be able to contact our Sectigo validation team by either phone, online chat or ticket.
NOTE: You can only contact the vetting team when your certificate is pending. This is not possible when you certificate has already been issued.
