WHAT CAN I DO IN MY DASHBOARD?

You must be registered to access your HackAvert®, powered by CloudFlare, account. Click on "MySSL® Account" on the top right of any page, or click on Login if you are not logged in yet.

On the left menu, click on HackAvert® (powered by CloudFlare) subscriptions. On the submenu displayed, click on Active. As you can see, there is a green button order HackAvert® (powered by CloudFlare) Subscription if you haven't ordered yet.

Click anywhere on the line corresponding to your order. Now you can see your HackAvert®, powered by CloudFlare, dashboard.

Overview

On the top, you will find the details of your account, such as the domain name which HackAvert®, powered by CloudFlare, is scanning, the type of product (Silver, Gold or Platinum), the status (incomplete, active...), the expiration date, the automatic clean-up status and information about your last scans. The last line will indicate whether your website is considered globally safe or not.

Right under the HackAvert®, powered by CloudFlare, logo, you have access to 3 buttons:

  • Request vulnerability scan
  • Generate HAPDFREPORT
  • Disable scan

The overview is divided into 6 categories : Malware Status, Blacklists Reputation, Vulnerability Assessment, Ecosystem Reputation, Performance and Uptime Monitoring. Each category (except performance and uptime monitoring) is displayed in a specific colour corresponding to its status: green means safe, yellow means poor and red means bad. At a glance, you can already see if there is an issue.

Please note: some of our packages do not include the vulnerability assessment, as well as the uptime and/or performance monitoring.

Site Load Times

Your load times are represented within a graphic chart. The figures displayed on the vertical bar are milliseconds.
The main graphic is by default an overview of the previous 90 days. If you move your mouse on the graphic line, you will see the exact load time (you don't need to click on the line).

To see a specific date range:

  • Click on the calendar bars to set start & end dates, then click on Show. The main graphic will automatically display the corresponding load times.
  • You can also select the period you wish to see by clicking and dragging your mouse directly onto the graphic. You will see a blue rectangle corresponding to your selection. When you release your click, the graphic displays the selected period. You can re-select inside the graphic as many times as you want to get very precise measures corresponding to hours, minutes and seconds of each day. But once a period is selected, you cannot come back to your previous selection.
  • To go back to a wider date range, you can either select new start & end dates, or select by clicking and dragging your mouse on the second graphic.

Vulnerability summary

This summary displays your website vulnerabilities. They are displayed by categories: high priority, medium priority and low priority. The "total" bar is an overview showing the number of vulnerabilities, and their distribution among high, medium or low priorities.
The pie chart displays the amount of app vulnerabilities and server vulnerabilities.

To see the details of each vulnerability, click on the bars below the charts. A panel will appear, indicating the list of found vulnerabilities. If you click on any vulnerability, you will get its number, its description, output, details and our recommendation to fix it.

Reputation Report

This report is divided into 2 categories: ecosystem reputation and blacklists reputation.

The ecosystem reputation displays information regarding the reputation of your website, based on the activity on your IP address, your network, your Internet Service Provider and your SSL certificate (status, expiration date, type).

Blacklist reputation

This report shows the reputation of your website according to the main search engines and blacklists on the Internet. If your website is ever blacklisted from any of these places, the blacklist reputation will indicate which blacklist is concerned.

Malware Scan Page List

This report shows the result of your latest malware scan. The rating is displayed in a specific colour according to its status: green is safe, yellow is poor, red is bad.

The blue button - HackAvert® (powered by CloudFlare) IP Addresses - will open a pop-up window with the IP adresses that HackAvert®, powered by CloudFlare, uses to scan your website. You need to add these IP addresses to you servers whitelist to enable a proper scan.

The optional HackAvert®, powered by CloudFlare, Trust Seal

This tool will give you the code to insert on your website to install your personalised trust seal.

The optional HackAvert®, powered by CloudFlare, Trust Seal is automatically updated (with the date and the status of your website). You don't need to copy-paste the code again once you have added it to your pages.

Logs

The logs will give you details about all the activity on your HackAvert®, powered by CloudFlare, account.

Each line corresponds to one action and its date & time (first line displays the most recent activity).
